And the Lord appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;

Yahvé lui apparut au Chêne de Mambré, tandis qu' il était assis à l' entrée de la tente, au plus chaud du jour.

And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,

Ayant levé les yeux, voilà qu' il vit trois hommes qui se tenaient debout près de lui; dès qu' il les vit, il courut de l' entrée de la Tente à leur rencontre et se prosterna à terre.

And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:

ka nanao hoe: Tompo ô, raha mahita fitia eto imasonao aho, masìna ianao, aza dia mandalo ny mpanomponao.

dia nanao hoe: Tompo ô, raha nahita fitia eo imasonao aho, aza dia lalovana fotsiny lahy ny mpanomponao,

Il dit : Monseigneur, je t' en prie, si j' ai trouvé grâce à tes yeux, veuille ne pas passer près de ton serviteur sans t' arrêter.

Let a little water, I pray you, be fetched, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree:

Aoka hangalana rano kely ianareo hanasana ny tongotrareo; ary aoka mba hiala sasatra kely eo am-pototry ny hazo ianareo;

fa aoka hangalàna rano kely hianareo, hanasana ny tongotrareo. Mialà sasatra eo am-pototr' ity hazo ity hianareo;

Qu' on apporte un peu d' eau, vous vous laverez les pieds et vous vous étendrez sous l' arbre.

And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort ye your hearts; after that ye shall pass on: for therefore are ye come to your servant. And they said, So do, as thou hast said.

dia haka mofo kely aho hataonareo ody am-bavafo; ary rehefa afaka izany, dia handeha ihany ianareo; fa tonga atý amin' ny mpanomponareo ianareo. Ary hoy izy telo lahy: Ataovy ihany araka izay nolazainao.

Que j' aille chercher un morceau de pain et vous vous réconforterez le coeur avant d' aller plus loin; c' est bien pour cela que vous êtes passés près de votre serviteur ! Ils répondirent : Fais donc comme tu as dit.

And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth.

Dia nandeha faingana Abrahama nankany an-day tany amin' i Saraha ka nanao hoe: Faingana, makà koba tsara toto intelon' ny famarana; dia fetafetao ka ataovy mofo.

Abraham se hâta vers la tente auprès de Sara et dit : Prends vite trois boisseaux de farine, de fleur de farine, pétris et fais des galettes.

And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it.

Ary Abrahama kosa nihazakazaka nankany amin' ny omby, dia naka zanak' omby tanora sady tsara ka nanolotra azy tamin' ny ankizilahy, dia lasa faingana izy hamboatra azy.

Puis Abraham courut au troupeau et prit un veau tendre et bon; il le donna au serviteur qui se hâta de le préparer.

And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.

Ary Abrahama naka ronono mandry sy ronono ary ilay zanak' omby efa namboariny, dia narosony teo anoloan' izy telo lahy; ary nijanona teo anilany teo ambanin' ny hazo izy, dia nihinana izy telo lahy.

Il prit du caillé, du lait, le veau qu' il avait apprêté et plaça le tout devant eux; il se tenait debout près d' eux, sous l' arbre, et ils mangèrent.

And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.

Ary hoy izy telo lahy tamin' i Abrahama: Aiza Saraha vadinao? Ary hoy kosa izy: Indro, ao an-day izy.

Rahefa izany dia hoy ireo taminy: Aiza Sarà vadinao? Hoy ny navaliny: Ao an-day ao izy.

Ils lui demandèrent : Où est Sara, ta femme ? Il répondit : Elle est dans la tente.

Gen / Jen 18:10

And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.

Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.

Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?

Donc, Sara rit en elle-même, se disant : Maintenant que je suis usée, je connaîtrais le plaisir ! Et mon mari qui est un vieillard !

And the Lord said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?

Mais Yahvé dit à Abraham : Pourquoi Sara a-t-elle ri, se disant : Vraiment, vais-je encore enfanter, alors que je suis devenue vieille ?

Gen / Jen 18:14

Is any thing too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

Fa moa misy zavatra mahagaga izay tsy hain' i Jehovah va? Amin' ny fotoan' andro raha avy ny taona toy izao dia hiverina aminao Aho, ary Saraha hanana zazalahy.

Moa misy zava-mahatalanjona tsy efan' ny Tompo va na inona na inona? Raha avin-taona toy izao dia hiverina aty aminao indray aho; ary Sarà dia hahazo zazalahy.

Y a-t-il rien de trop merveilleux pour Yahvé ? A la même saison l' an prochain, je reviendrai chez toi et Sara aura un fils.

Gen / Jen 18:15

Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh.

Dia nandà Saraha satria natahotra izy, ka nanao hoe: Tsy nihomehy aho tsy akory. Fa hoy Ilay niteny: Tsia; fa nihomehy mihitsy ianao.

Nandà Sarà nanao hoe: Tsy nihomehy aho tsy akory; fa natahotra izy. Tsia fa nihomehy tokoa hianao, hoy izy.

Sara démentit : Je n' ai pas ri, dit-elle, car elle avait peur, mais il répliqua : Si, tu as ri.

Gen / Jen 18:16

And the men rose up from thence, and looked toward Sodom: and Abraham went with them to bring them on the way.

And the Lord said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;

Yahvé s'était dit : Vais-je cacher à Abraham ce que je vais faire,

Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?

Fa Abrahama ho tonga firenena lehibe sy mahery tokoa, ary aminy no hitahiana ny firenena rehetra ambonin' ny tany.

Abrahama anefa no ho tonga firenena lehibe sy mahery, sady aminy no hanasoavana ny firenena rehetra ambonin' ny tany.

alors qu' Abraham deviendra une nation grande et puissante et que par lui se béniront toutes les nations de la terre ?

Gen / Jen 18:19

For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

Fa efa nifidy azy Aho mba handidy ny zanany sy ny taranany mandimby azy hitandreman' ireo ny lalàn' i Jehovah hanao izay marina sy mahitsy, mba hitondran' i Jehovah amin' i Abrahama izay efa nolazainy taminy.

Fa izy no voafidiko handidy ny zanany sy ny fianakaviany any aoriana mba hanaraka ny lalàn' ny Tompo, amin' ny fitandremana ny rariny sy ny hitsiny: ka hanatanterahan' ny Tompo amin' i Abrahama ny soa nampanantenainy azy.

Car je l' ai distingué, pour qu' il prescrive à ses fils et à sa maison après lui de garder la voie de Yahvé en accomplissant la justice et le droit; de la sorte, Yahvé réalisera pour Abraham ce qu' il lui a promis.

Gen / Jen 18:20

And the Lord said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

Ary hoy Jehovah: Ny fitarainan' i Sodoma sy Gomora dia lehibe tokoa, ary ny fahotany dia mavesatra indrindra;

Dia hoy Iaveh: Mafy loatra ny fitarainana miakatra avy amin' i Sodoma sy Gomora, ary lehibe indrindra ny fahotan' izy ireo.

Donc, Yahvé dit : Le cri contre Sodome et Gomorrhe est bien grand ! Leur péché est bien grave !

Gen / Jen 18:21

I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

hidina Aho ka hizaha na efa nahatanteraka izany tokoa izy araka ny fitarainan' ny tany, izay efa tonga atý amiko, na tsia; ary raha tsy izany, dia ho fantatro.

Koa hidina aho ary hizaha raha efa feno tokoa ny halehiben' ny fahotany araka ny fitarainana tonga hatraty amiko, ary raha mbola tsy feno dia ho hitako.

Je veux descendre et voir s' ils ont fait ou non tout ce qu' indique le cri qui, contre eux, est monté vers moi; alors je saurai.

Gen / Jen 18:22

And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the Lord.

And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?

Dia nanatona Abrahama ka nanao hoe: Haringanao miaraka amin' ny meloka va ny marina?

Ary nanatona Abrahama ka nanao hoe: Hataonao maty miaraka amin' ny meloka koa va ny marina?

Celui-ci s' approcha et dit : Vas-tu vraiment supprimer le juste avec le pécheur ?

Gen / Jen 18:24

Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?

Angamba misy olo-marina dimam-polo ao an-tanàna; haringanao koa va, ka tsy hamindranao fo ny tanàna noho ny dimam-polo marina izay ao?

Angamba hisy olo-marina dimampolo ao an-tanàna ao ka hovonoinao koa va ireny. Ary tsy hamindranao fo va ny tanàna noho ireo olo-marina dimampolo ireo, raha misy izany tokoa ao?

Peut-être y a-t-il cinquante justes dans la ville. Vas-tu vraiment les supprimer et ne pardonneras-tu pas à la cité pour les cinquante justes qui sont dans son sein ?

That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

Sanatria Anao raha hanao toy izany ka hamono ny marina miaraka amin' ny meloka, ka ny marina hatao tahaka ny meloka; sanatria Anao izany! tsy hitsara marina va ny Mpitsara ny tany rehetra?

Sanatria anao izay hanao izany, ka hamono ny marina miaraka amin' ny meloka. Sahala izany ny hahazo ny marina sy ny meloka! Sanatria anao izany. Mpitsara ny tany rehetra ve ka tsy hitsara marina?

Loin de toi de faire cette chose-là ! de faire mourir le juste avec le pécheur, en sorte que le juste soit traité comme le pécheur. Loin de toi ! Est-ce que le juge de toute la terre ne rendra pas justice ?

And the Lord said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

Ary hoy Jehovah: Raha mahita dimam-polo marina ao an-tanàna Sodoma Aho, dia hamindrako fo ny tanàna rehetra noho ireny.

Hoy Iaveh: Raha mahita olo-marina dimampolo ao an-tanàna Sodoma aho, dia hamindra fo amin' ny tanàna manontolo noho ny fitiavako an' ireo.

Yahvé répondit : Si je trouve à Sodome cinquante justes dans la ville, je pardonnerai à toute la cité à cause d' eux.

Gen / Jen 18:27

And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes:

Dia namaly Abrahama ka nanao hoe: Indro, fa efa sahy niteny tamin' ny Tompo aho nefa vovoka sy lavenona:

Fa hoy indray Abrahama: Indro efa sahy niteny tamin' ny Tompo aho, izaho vovoka sy lavenona foana.

Abraham reprit : Je suis bien hardi de parler à mon Seigneur, moi qui suis poussière et cendre.

Gen / Jen 18:28

Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it.

Angamba ho latsaka dimy ny dimam-polo marina; moa haringanao va ny tanàna rehetra noho ny dimy? Ary hoy Izy: Tsy handringana Aho, raha mahita dimy amby efa-polo ao.

Angamba ho latsaka dimy ny dimampolo marina; ka dia haringanao ve ny tanàna manontolo, noho ny dimy? Hoy izy: Tsy handringana azy aho, raha mahita olo-marina dimy amby efa-polo ao.

Mais peut-être, des cinquante justes en manquera-t-il cinq : feras-tu, pour cinq, périr toute la ville ? Il répondit : Non, si j' y trouve quarante-cinq justes.

And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty' s sake.

Dia, mbola niteny taminy indray izy ka nanao hoe: Angamba efa-polo no ho hita ao. Ary hoy Izy: Tsy mba hanao izany Aho noho ny efa-polo.

Dia mbola niteny taminy ihany Abrahama, ka nanao hoe: Angamba ho efa-polo ny olo-marina ao. Ary hoy izy: Tsy hanao izany aho, noho ny fitiavako an' izy efa-polo ireo.

Abraham reprit encore la parole et dit : Peut-être n' y en aura-t-il que quarante, et il répondit : Je ne le ferai pas, à cause des quarante.

Gen / Jen 18:30

And he said unto him, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.

Ary hoy izy: Aoka anie mba tsy ho tezitra ny Tompo, fa mbola hiteny aho: Angamba telo-polo no ho hita ao. Ary hoy Izy: Tsy mba hanao izany Aho, raha mahita telo-polo ao.

Ary hoy Abrahama: Enga anie ka tsy hahatezitra ny Tompo, raha mbola miteny aho: Angamba telo-polo izy no ho hita ao. Dia hoy izy: Tsy hanao izany aho raha telo-polo no hitako ao.

Abraham dit : Que mon Seigneur ne s' irrite pas et que je puisse parler : peut-être s' en trouvera-t-il trente, et il répondit : Je ne le ferai pas, si j' en trouve trente.

Gen / Jen 18:31

And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty' s sake.

ArY hoy izy: Indro, fa efa sahy niteny tamin' ny Tompo aho: Angamba roa-polo no ho hita ao. Ary hoy Izy: Tsy mba handringana azy Aho noho ny roa-polo.

Hoy Abrahama: Indro efa sahy niteny tamin' ny Tompo aho, angamba roa-polo izy no ho hita ao. Ary hoy izy: Tsy handringana ny tanàna aho raha roa-polo izy.

Il dit : Je suis bien hardi de parler à mon Seigneur : peut-être s' en trouvera-t-il vingt, et il répondit : Je ne détruirai pas, à cause des vingt.

Gen / Jen 18:32

And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten' s sake.

Ary hoy izy: Aoka anie mba tsy ho tezitra Hianao, Tompo, fa hiteny izao indray mandeha izao ihany aho: Angamba folo no ho hita ao. Ary hoy Izy: Tsy mba handringana Aho noho ny folo.

Hoy Abrahama: Enga anie ka tsy ho tezitra ny Tompo, fa tsy hiteny intsony afa-tsy ity indray mandeha ity aho: Angamba folo izy no ho hita ao. Dia hoy izy: Tsy handringana azy aho noho ireo folo ireo.

Il dit : Que mon Seigneur ne s' irrite pas et je parlerai une dernière fois : peut-être s' en trouvera-t-il dix, et il répondit : Je ne détruirai pas, à cause des dix.

Gen / Jen 18:33

And the Lord went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place.

Dia lasa nandeha Jehovah, rehefa vita ny teny nataony tamin' i Abrahama; ary Abrahama niverina ho any amin' ny fonenany.

Lasa nandeha Iaveh nony tapi-niteny tamin' i Abrahama, ary Abrahama kosa dia nody.

Yahvé, ayant achevé de parler à Abraham, s' en alla, et Abraham retourna chez lui.
